Why does the ocean strike fear into the hearts of so many?
In this workshop we will be exploring our relationship with control.
Can we feel safe even when we let go of control? Can we loosen our grip ever so slightly?
So many of us learn that to stay safe we need to grip hard. We need to control whats going on around us.
The kicker is this is a) not always possible and b) doesn’t lead us to the best outcome
This workshop will consist of exercises to discover where we hold on and where we feel safe to let go. Once we have gained clarity as to our patterns we will start exploring letting go in a way thats tailored to each individual. We will be using the medium of cliff jumping (don’t worry, there’s also little rocks to jump off :), cave and water exploration to come into contact with fear and learn how to let go in a way that still keeps us safe.
You will leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of your relationship with fear and letting go as well as a handful of tools to help you navigate this crucial situations. We will also be creating evidence that its safe to let go so which will come in handy next time an opportunity to do so arises!
